Through these processes and ministries, The Episcopal Church seeks \u201cto preach good news to the poor, to proclaim release to the prisoners and recovery of sight to the blind, to liberate the oppressed, and to proclaim the year of the Lord\u2019s favor\u201d (Luke 4:18-19).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div
